A golden potato chip lager, what should I expect? The answer is an American lager.
Pours a golden hue and perfectly clear. Minor, quickly disappearing head but it leaves some thin streaks on the glass.
The smell is a bit sweet almost flowery.
The start of the taste mimics the smell with a not completely fermented pale malt. This creates a richer body. With plenty of carbonation, the mouthfeel fits. The hop provides a counterpoint to the sweetness. An obviously well made beer.
