Very interesting combination of wit and Saison styles by letting the two different yeasts battle it out. Low abv ber with lots of flavor to enjoy and explore while being super drinkable and refreshing

Pours an almost clear yellow color with a thick, white head about two fingers thick. Head dissipates quickly away. Fizzy sound. Smells of coriander, lemon, and yeast. Aromatic, could smell it as soon as the bottle was open. Tastes of lemon, pepper, banana, and a little yeast. Crisp and light body. Taste lingers a little bit. Nice summer ale

Poured from 12 oz bottle into snifter.
A: Slightly hazy golden yellow with one finger white head. Fairly short retention settling to a thin cap. Moderate lacing.
S: Saison yeast with a slight peppery note. Light earthy funk mixed with some banana and clove.
T: Follows the nose pretty closely. With the label farmhouse ale, I was hoping for more funk but this is a nice easy drinking saison.
M: Medium body with above average carbonation. Finish is crisp and dry.
O: Very nice saison. I've tried a couple from Mantra and enjoyed both. Looks like I need to find some more.

Saison/wit combo. Great beer. Definitely pick up characters of the Saison yeast and get the characters from the spices used. Super drinkable and a great offering to have in a 6 pack. Well done.
