On tap, poured into a pint glass. A hazy golden-yellow with a fluffy white head. Nice retention and the foam left some interesting tracks. Bright orange and lime aromas mixed with hay, dough, pepper, and a bit of funk. The taste was prominent but restrained citrus - not overdone - mixed with a nice farmhouse funk, cracker, doughy yeast, and a bit of pepper. Dry, clean finish.
