This intrinsic Saison harkens to the times of local fair brewing local. Made with Butternut Squash and Sweet Potatoes from Delvin Farms. Bourbon Barrel-Aged honey staves from Trubee Honey. Tasmanian Pepper Berries and Orange Peel from Savory Spice Shop. Dry-Diamond with $30k worth of diamonds from Waltons. This beer is dry and Williamson forward.

Disclaimer, I'm not a lover of farmhouse ales. Color and pour were nice. Good head and carbonation. Unfortunately, what I can't get over is the after taste. I can't put my finger on it, but somewhere between medicinal to plastic? Sorry, but I do love the can art work:)
