Tastes like a stale crust of bread I fought a pigeon to eat.
Murky amber, spotty lace. Smells like stale bread and yeast.
Tastes malty and dull. Metallic and watery, yum.
This is a bad beer. Not even with a brat. Bland and crappy, no thanks.

I like this beer. Ate it with a brat. Finished the whole pint and wanted more.

Taste; bright floral hops, cracker, and yeast dough notes. delicate floral nose. Gold hue, mostly clear, with white foamy head and nice ring of lace. Medium light body.

The hits keep coming.
Yet another brewer I never heard of in my backyard... and this one is the first Michelin rated brew-pub.
For sure, I'll have to pay a visit and see how they pair.
As the first one to write a "review" on this brew, I am better to defer to someone else. Had Noble Raven at another restaurant on tap (Ceres Table), it was served too cold and, then, the food came. So, the beer did not have a chance to warm... which it needed. I could tell these mostly malt aromas would go well with my very subtle risotto... if it just had the chance. A nice brew and I look forward to Having and reviewing it.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
