Light straw to yellow in hue. Very clear. Fluffy white head that quickly settles to a thin foam cap.
Smell is dry, but with an interesting (not quite tempting) floral note of what is similar to jasmine flowers. But not quite as spicy, more of a gently perfumey take.
Flavor is similar. A subdued malt bill carries some dry, almost crackers malt, that really carries the dry bitterness, along with the floral jasmine leaning flavor.
Mouthfeel is crisp, lite, and again...dry.
Overall, I'm not knocking it. It's a style I don't get excited about but I'd like to try this one with sushi to see if it rises to the occasion.
