Pours a golden cloudy color with a medium top of white head that dissolves quickly.
Aroma is of spices,herbs, apples, pears and bisquits.
Taste is slightly dry with fruity notes allong with yeasty spice notes. Finish is slightly bitter with a decent aftertaste.
Smooth and clean with a medium carbonation and a medium body.
An absolutely nice and easy drinking saison.

330 ml bottle, as Waterloo Récolte Saison Bio from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.0%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of Belgian saison yeast, mild spices, wheat and stewed yellow plums. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements, quite spicy character, moderate but noticeable hop bitterness.
