Poured to a teku glass.
A: Boy is dark yellow with an almost see-through tone. The head is white, 3 inches thick and with huge retention.
S: Aroma is very strong of freslhy pressed white wine grapes topped with a very minimalist floral yeasty tone. The aroma on this is actually very interesting to the point where it is light and delicate. Very nice aroma.
T: Taste starts off with a very low key on sugary contents incoming from the malts, where it suddendly moves to a somewhat salty and briny tone unleashing then the natural acidic tone of the beer - with small hints of citrus going to the whole grape citric tone and then finishing off with a very unexpected, but light, spicy tone.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is spot on. Alcohol is almost unnoticed but the acidity is a bit too high for a saison, should be a little bit more balanced and rounded out with either more sweet or bitter elements.
O: A very refreshing beer to have on a sunny afternoon - I'm having it at night on a winter night but it's not what it asks for. The aroma is very delicate and it's basically perfect, spot on. Would just allow for a more rounded finish as it is a bit too acidic for a saison.
