Bought at the brewery. Description: Very rich malty flavors, and very tart, Flanders red aged in wine barrels for 10 months at Adamant Brewing.
A&S: Amber colored beer. The beer's white head hangs around a little then forms in a ring. A lazy trickle of carbonation. The aroma is very intense and mostly contains tart apples.
T&M: The taste is mellow compared to the aroma. It consists of tart sour tones and malty caramel. Apples in the after taste. Very smooth and silky.
Overall: I would recommend it.
