Appearance: Pours a clear golden color with a one finger head; decent retention and squiggles of lace
Smell: Floral and slightly herbal aromatics with an oaky vinous aspect
Taste: A slightly sweet pear aspect opens with a tart vinous offset building; bready with a hint of honey, as well; very oaky, through the middle, with the sweet and tart elements blending in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: This 750 has been sitting in the back of my fridge for a while as I don't have much use for large format bottles; while this might be three or four years old, I am really enjoying it as a well-brewed Saison is my favorite style
