This pale ale is a lighter version of our Belgian blond, having been fermented with the same yeast strain, but given an American hop twist to provide additional grapefruit, floral and spicy notes to the flavour and aroma. It has been dry-hopped with Cascade and Crystal hops giving it that familiar hop character we so often crave and find in the finest of IPAs.

This was a great pint. Had it at The Beach House in Port Dover ON. It was in a 500ml bottle, not on tap. Also, since I was outside on the patio & they don't allow glass on the patio.... I had to either drink it out of a plastic cup (NO) or the bottle (no as well)... so it ruined the experience a little bit. From what I could decipher, it was a great pint with amazing colour (poured a wee bit into the plastic cup). A def. good choice.
