Like fine, fermented compost...
Literally the only thing going for this beer is the color. Otherwise...
Do you want all the flavor of traditional cough syrup mixed with dirt (and I'm not talking about modern, flavorful cough syrups with added flavor like cherry NyQuil)? This is the beer for you. Drink this first, everything else will be twice as bad.

Consumed on draft at brewery during "soft open" on December 6th, 2015. Served in a tulip.
Beer is black with deep mahogany highlights when held to strong light. A one finger tan head subsides, becoming a thin crown that lingers to the bottom of the glass while providing no lacing.
Aroma is herbal and dank and mild, mixed with bitter chocolate.
Flavor is bakers' chocolate and ever so slightly sour. Significant but proper bitterness on the finish. Not complex but then it doesn't need to be with the well-executed flavors.
Mouthfeel is velvety, creamy and thick. Slightly warming.
Overall, a solid beer worth drinking again. Or even barrel aging...
