Poured on tap into a snifter. A moderately hazy amber-orange color with a frothy white head. Nice lacing in the glass. The nose had hay, dough, bread and lemons. A hint of funk. A firm bitterness was present on the first sip, but not out of line. This gave way to a nice mix of bready and doughy malt, grassy notes, floral hopa, and funky flavors. Dry and crisp on the finish. Very nice.
