I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at Brouwer's Cafe in Seattle.
Appearance: super hazy yellow hue with a finger of frothy ivory foam that leaves an attractive lace on the glass.
Smell: very juicy with plenty of pineapple character. It's on point!
Taste: piney, sweet and juicy with grapefruit and even a little pineapple flavor. Outstanding.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: super juicy and interesting; the pineapple character is really growing on me.
