This is the classic juicy and murky New England style of IPA. It is redolent with fragrance of fruity and flowery hops. Mouthfeel is pure slosh and foam in the nicest way. Very cloudy with a big, long-lasting foam in the New Belgium snifter.
Slightly sweet with malt, but it's more mineral and fruit with a very modest bitterness. Lime peel taste with mango and a hint of pineapple. A little musty with all the grainy, hoppy stew, but highly drinkable. This is yet another winning brew from Structures. Next time I'm in Bellingham I stop here first instead of last. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery tasting room.
