I'm having a bit of a tough time with scoring this brew, as it more resembles the Murkbombs that the brewery is known for, than any Wit I've ever seen. Please bear that caveat in mind.
Served in stemmed 16oz goblet. Poured a completely murky yellow color with 1/2-3/4 inch of white head that good retention and moderate lacing.
A light grain scent was at the front of the olfactory aspect. I didn't pickup any of the traditional orange peel or coriander that the style is known for, but there was a certain funk apparent.
The situation was the same on the palate, a very non-traditional take, but that funk (I almost want to call it an off flavor, but the brewery doesn't have a reputation for that. Maybe they used an odd yeast?) was dominant.
The body was fairly typical, perhaps a touch lighter than typical, for an already light style. Drinkability was fine, but, that funk kinda wore me down about halfway through. Overall, still a decent beer. Maybe it was my palate that day. If you see it, you should try it for yourself and make up your own mind.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
