Served in 16oz stemmed goblet. Poured a pale yellow color (nothing "white" about it) with about 1/2 inch of white head that had OK retention and no lacing.
The aroma had the nice, gentle spice and yeast aspects i expect from the style, with a gentle grain foundation. The flavor profile was the same, all the expected notes were hit, just a bit quieter than I look for.
The body was a touch fuller than average, which was a bit of a pleasant surprise for an example released during the darker season. It was smooth and had semi-sweet finish. Drinkability was good, i'll be getting more. Overall, not your average Wit, but certainly worth trying if you see it.
