Quite cloudy appearance with average foam in the snifter. A serious orange mash. Good, though. Sweet, very sweet. So much like tangy Valencia orange juice. I suppose there are some hops involved in this powerful flavor. How do they do it?
A better than average haze. None of the back of the throat gunk. Acidity within reason. Cheers! Another flavorful and interesting IPA from Structures. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery tasting room.
