16 oz can poured into a teku

A- A hazy golden straw with a two finger white head.

S- Citrus, papaya, melons, some tropical fruits, slightly earthy.

T- Melons, citrus, papaya, slightly earthy, touch of malts sweetness.

M- Smooth, creamy, medium body.

O- A very easy to drink NEIPA. Love the melon flavors in this but would have liked the citrus flavors to be stronger

Collab between Structures and Skookum. 16oz can (no date, but released at the brewery today, so more than a couple days old.) poured into 14oz teku. The the expected fully murky yellow with over an inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.

The aroma was all frooty hops, no grain or traditional hop scents.

Very similar on the tongue; frooty hops, no malt, but a slight bit of citrus bite at the back end.

The body was the typical light of the style, smooth, and had a medium finish.

Drinkability was fine, especially if one is a fan of the style.

Overall, a solid example of the style from what are likely the two breweries in Washington who make the best examples. if you're a fan, you'll love it, so get some.
