can into glass
Thin white head. Dark straw color, with a hint of haze, for the look. Subtle, malty note with a hint of an herbal/lemon tinge, for the aroma. A little light on flavors, which are slightly tangy malt, with a mineral like, and whiff of mixed herbs, for the taste. A good malt note, in the finish, with the slightest bit of a fruity herbal character.

Structures Brewing kolsch is a calssic gold, sweet ale with a beautiful can. It is unassuming and well done. The gold finch really draws you in on the silver background. I hope to find more offerings from them in the future.

16oz can from Tavour. Pale, clear golden, lazy carbonation, immediate foamy one finger head. Malty, grainy, grassy aroma. Biscuity flavor with some soft sweetness and a hint of lemon zest. Dry finish, mouth coating. Spot on. Prost!

16oz can (no date) poured into 12oz tulip. Poured a clean, clear, bright light gold color with over an inch of white head that quickly dissipated and left no lacing.
The aroma was that of a solid, basic "beer" scent; earthy grains and floral hops, with a slight touch of spicyness.
Same on the tongue, floral and spicy hops topping a basic beerness.
The body was light and crisp, with a dry finish.
Drinkability was good, you could easily drain a couple of these during the game.
Overall, a fairly solid take on the style. Worth a shot if you see it.
