Pours a nearly clear golden color with enthusiastic foam in the fancy IPA glass. Aroma of citrus and papaya with lemon peel. Sweet and malty. Big flavor of mango and orange with a dose of grapefruit peel to finish. Moderate bitterness. Brewed with wheat and oats, though it's not really hazy, just a little slippery on the tongue. Aroma of

Sharp but not overly acidic. Hops are listed as Saphir and Amarillo in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo. Overall this is a powerfully flavored hoppy brew that tastes like a DIPA but with lower alcohol. Quite sippable and aromatic. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Canned on 03/30/21.
