Pours a cloudy amberish with sticky foam in the tall IPA glass. Fruity and juicy with the common orange taste, plus added citrus peel. Bitter and acidic, though less offensive than many others of the tribe. I like the lower ABV, which seems to give less thrust behind the sharp slash of hoppy yeast. Also, served really cold, but the anaesthetic is wearing off now.
Maybe I have to give up on Structures, though I've always had an affection for the place. they simply won't label their beers to reflect what's in them. This is an "India Pale Ale brewed for you!" Well, not for me, as if hazy were the new normal. No apparent date on the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.

Cloudy yellow body, hazy. Crisp lemon and grapefruit, citrus and a nice dry herbal bite. Light caramel and touch of sugar. Medium lighter bodied, good carbonation, lots of flavor for an APA, fairly dry.
