Pours a clear golden yellow brew with rings of lacing in the Maredsous goblet. Lovely aroma of ripe melon and peach jam. Tastes of green apricot, honey, and resins. Moderately sweet with a fruit cake finish. Overall this is a bold hoppy beer with interesting flavors. Quite bitter in the aftertaste, though. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Skagit Valley Coop. Not dated.
