Clear very dark brown with reddish hints. Dark beige foam. Mouthfeel is rich and sudsy but not unctuous. Interesting aroma of dark roasted grain with cookies in the nose. Moderately sweet with hints of cocoa and raisins. Overall this is quite pleasant and while strong with alcohol, it's not hot or overly flavored. From the 16 oz can purchased at Skagit Valley Coop. Not dated.
