Had on tap at Farmhouse Tap and Grill in Burlington VT. Served with a Bluefish Rillette. The the tangy salty fish went extremely well with the beer. Glad I had together.
The beer had a nice appearance and perfect soft carbonation body. Nose and flavor were slightly ethanol like. Flavor thinned and became flat as beer warmed. Not bad but distracting.
Enjoyed but more for quality of brewing than actual taste.

Had this at the Worthy Brewfest in Springfield. The beer had a pale, clear yellow appearance with a nice tropical grapefruit aroma. Taste directly followed the nose with a dense grapefruit taste. This was a very light and refreshing beer, which is a great positive during a hot summer brewery festival. Overall, I really enjoyed how refreshing this beer.
