A very easy pour is needed to keep the head from going over two fat fingers of rich, creamy and rocky white foam. Very long retention and sticky rings and blotches of lace. Very hazy yellow straw color, can't read through it.
Mild smell of peach and grapes that have soured, a faint musty funk in the background with fresh cut grass.
Wheat as toast and a general graininess with lemon and sour apples emerges.
Moderately tart and sour, spicy bitterness comes on late. Semi-dry, soured fruits provide a hint of potential sweetness.
Just enough pale malt balances the tart/sour taste and reminds me that this is an Ale, a little yeast is noticeable.
The Brett flavor is mellow, not as funky as the smell, slight barnyard and silage. Alcohol is very well hidden.
Medium-light bodied, plentiful lasting carbonation per style. Smooth and session-able lively feel with a nice balance to a somewhat complex brew. I must note that this Beer is at least 13 months old and unfortunately retired at this time.

Thanks to Kyle for sharing.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice crystal clear straw hue with a thick fat head.
S - Aromas of clean malts and almost pilsner like, flashes of saison year, fruits, citrus. Incredibly aromatic.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of slightly sweet malts, fruits, lemons, citrus. Incredibly bright and vibrant fruits.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, bright acidity, great.
O - Overall this was a very solid beer from honest weight. Really well balanced and clean. Super enjoyable.

Light foamy fizzy head with medium retention and good lacing, light hazy golden pilsner color
Nose nice funky but smooth Brett, lager like smooth base with soft lager and malt, light doughy malt and cereal grain
Taste more soft lager like yeast and malt, soft grisette like grainy malt and wheat, little toasty, light bitter grassy herbal hop, fruity funk with fair Brett funk and tart fruity, finishes little dry flemmy and funky, lingering fruit and grassy bitterness
Imouth is med bod, light carb, little fizzy carb
Overall pretty nice, good lager like character and nice Brett funk, good balance and fruit, tasty
