According to the menu, "mixed culture ale brewed w/ plum & raspberries."
Red to magenta (deep rose?) color. Cloudy. Modest head but it retains a film of bubbles throughout the tasting. Good lattice for lace.
Spicy, berry fruit sweetness and light sourness.
The flavor is dry but the raspberry shows up in a lightly sour way. The body is, if anything, thin. The carbonation, though, is muted providing a balanced mouthfeel. The aftertaste is short because the finish is so dry.
