Appearance - Pours a clear straw gold with two fingers of bubbly white that quickly dissipates.
Smell - mild noble hops, grass and hay aromas, bready and biscuity malts, hint of lemon, and earthy yeast.
Taste - mild noble hops upfront then goes into the grass and hay notes. The hint of lemon alongside the bready and biscuity malts come through next. The earthy yeast rounds out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp and sweet from the lingering malts.
Overall - An average American lager that could've been so much more. Just missing some hops and some more flavour and this one would be a winner. Alas.
