This big, rich and complex beer is the kind to be enjoyed in the wee hours, when it’s always darkest, but gets you thinking about what’s ahead. It’s like a dessert that I like to enjoy in the wee hours before the dawn when it’s always darkest. It’ll always be the darkest beer we make.
