Cloudburst says their Market Fresh Saison will be different every batch, based on what's fresh at the Pike Place Market. This batch used cranberries and sage.
I don't get either cranberries or sage, however. I get bananas and some mild herbs, not identifiable by me. The Belgian yeast is apparent but not strong. Nice aroma.
The beer looks good, cloudy with a light head and a bit of lacing. Body is pretty light.
Overall, a very nice saison. My first beer from Cloudburst, and a good reason to try some more.
