We brewed this hop forward Saison with our friends at Bale Breaker who hail from hop country. Pale, White Wheat, Dextrapils and Oats give it a silky malt backbone. Polaris hops in the battering addition lay an herbal undertone and just a little bit of, uh, uh, little bit of Huell Melon, Loral and Experimental Hop 522 pack a floral, tropical and citrus punch that play nicely with the Saison phenolics. All that flavor combined with a high-isn ABV, and suddenly, it's getting hot in here...
