Younger Us is a hybrid, according to Cloudburst, between a wit and a saison. It's brewed with two types of wheat and their French Saison yeast. To me, the Saison yeast stood out, so I called it that style, but I wouldn't argue with someone who wanted to call it a wit. There's noticeable coriander and just a little citrus. It's not tart. Another nice beer from the Cloudburst folks.
