This was given to me for free when I was up at Cloudburst as I visited Seattle back in the spring and returned out that way a few months later. It's not often that I see a brewery take this style on and do so with gusto but indeed, that was the case here as this had plenty going for it as it wasn't a pushover!
Like any good Pilsner, this poured golden in hue with plenty of head to top it off. Translucent in appearance, the only aspect of this beer that could have been improved was the lacing as there wasn't much of any to be seen once I started to work my way through this. Quite a taste to this as indeed, there was honeysuckle in the nose and mouth as the previous reviewer noted, along with thistle, dry European floral notes, and Centennial Hops as the taste contained lots of citrus pith, deep earthiness, and a dry undertone that led this to be a cross between a German Pilsner and an IPA. Having a wet hop beer be dry-hopped ensured that this would be unique, flavorful, and not in my glass for very long!
The amount of alcohol was spot-on as I could have easily finished another can or two off after this one. "WET HOP CENTENNIAL!" was printed along the top of the can with "10/04" written below that, as this held up well during my time and subsequent time here at home. Loved being here twice last year and a beer like this only proved that was worth the return trip to the Emerald City. Bob Ross would be proud of this brew...

16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated 10/04/2022. Bought it a couple hours ago at Chuck's Hop Shop Seward.
Pours clear light yellow with a big head that settles to a thin dusting. Smell is grainy, a little spicy, grassy.
Taste is light honeysuckle and strong grass with a medium amount of bitterness.
Mouthfeel is light, crisp, clean. Overall very nice.
