Darker than most CAs. Golden yellow. Brilliantly clear.
Honey and oat cereal complete with nut clusters. Subdued buckwheat sweetness.
Light-medium body. Firm bitterness and great attenuation.
Cracked corn, wheat husk, watermelon rind, Concord grape skin. Musty, sweet, and significant grainy spice.

L: Pours a light copper gold with very little head and recedes quickly.
S: Bready, biscuity, some floral notes.
T: Follows nose. Finishes dry. Not much hop presence.
F: Quite smooth, moderate to high carbonation, medium to light body.
O: I'm not big on this style, but this was a classic Cream Ale. I downed more than one.
