At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From the Huron Church Rd. LCBO in nearby Windsor. Canned June 27/25. My 5th beer from the Little Current, Ontario brewery, and 4th for 2025. Ridiculously adored by Gracie the cat...

Pours clear with a rich amber tint. The head is short lived, reaching one-half inch of off-white foam before settling to a thick blanket. Random carbonation fills the pilsner glass with lazy bubbles.
The aroma is clean and simple with malt and toasted white bread.
The flavor is slightly more bitter than sweet and has a crisp bite. The clean malt bill leads to a long and mildly astringent finish.
It has a medium body and the texture of stiff nylon. Carbonation has modest fizziness.
This is a pleasant and unpretentious beer. It has lots of flavor and is easy drinking.

473ml can served cold into a beer mug. Canning date of 01/06/2021, hoping it's June 1. LCBO purchase for around $3.25 CDN.
Appearance - Mildly hazy rich coppery color. A finger of loose frothy white head and spotty lacing.
Smell - Some sweet caramel and course grain lurking in behind. Definitely a decent malt presence.
Taste -Lots of grain, slightly toasted, and some caramel malts features as well. Mild bitterness, but definitely balanced.
Mouthfeel - Medium-light bodied, crisp carbonation and nice well-rounded finish.
Overall - Pretty solid Vienna :Lager for a style that hasn't gained much traction here, definitely a refreshing take and can see my self enjoying a few more of these as the summer comes to a close.

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Jun 1 2021 and served barely chilled.
Pours a beautiful, clear orange-amber colour, fitted with one finger of creamy, foamy white head that disintegrates within two or three minutes' time. A frothy collar of bubbles sticks around afterwards, surrounding a few patches of filmy suds; a tight ring of lacing is also deposited. Clean and refined on the nose - toasted grains and bread, along with lightly caramelized sugars and some grassy, floral, very faintly spicy hops. Splendid thus far.
A good Vienna lager can be hard to find, but this right here works just fine for me. Toasted grains, nutty bread and a touch of caramelized malts at the front end, with just a little bit of grassy noble hop bitterness joining in towards the finish; more toasted grains and light caramel fade into a slightly malty aftertaste. Medium-light in body, with relatively low carbonation that gently prickles the surface of the tongue, resulting in a smooth, soft and pleasing mouthfeel. I'd be fine drinking these all night, one after another.
Final Grade: 3.94, a very worthy B+. I have never had a strong affinity for Vienna lagers, but it's not at all difficult to appreciate one as well-made as Twin Bluffs. It's a subtle beer with nothing attention-grabbing about it, but the reality is that this is a subtle style to begin with - and the brewer has done it magnificent justice IMO. Yet another solid brew from Manitoulin, which can safely be considered one of Northern Ontario's best producers of classic session styles, if they're not already the undisputed champion.
