This seasonal beer pours a beautiful dark Amber with brown hints. The smell is a balance of sweet maple and malts. In terms of the taste, it isn't very bitter and the malt taste is followe by just enough maple to finish off on a sweet note. The beer sits well and is very drinkable for a flavored brew. It's made with maple syrup from Mapleland Farms, also in Hebron.
