RBESG 2016 in Barcelona. On tap at the brewpub. Golden colour. Reasonably good balance between the malts and hops in aroma and flavour, at least for 4.5% beer. Refreshing and nice to drink.

Garage Beer Co. "RIBA"
on tap at the brewery on 26 November 2015
€2.80 / 25 cl glass
Notes: Clear golden body beneath a finger thick head of white. Aroma of straightforward grainy malt and lightly grassy and citrusy hops with a bit of granite-like yeasty mineral thrown in. Medium-light in body with a moderate carbonation that's gently crisp. The flavor is perhaps a touch more biscuity on the malt end, but similar as far as the hops go (apple, some tangerine). A very firm bitterness balances it, and it finishes fairly short and dry with residual grassy hops and citrusy fruit lingering. Really well balanced and polished. Straightforward and refreshing.
