The beer pours some decent white and foamy head that dissipates quickly and leaves lacing on the side. The beer itself is a fold and hazy yellow. The beer is almost opaque but you can still movement behind it. The beer smell has a slight sweet orange smell and a musty, earthy smell as well that is typical of saisons. The beer taste is similar to the smell but hoppier and closer to a saison than an ipa. The hop notes are sweeter and resemble a sweet orange and the other hop notes taste like grapefruit. The contrast is nice because the sweetness takes a bit of the grapefruit edge off. The beer also has a The beer taste has a grapefruit aftertaste. The beer is medium bodied but on the lighter side. The beer is very smooth with a little bit of texture and goes down easy. Overall, a pretty good Farmhouse IPA.
