This popular edition in our “Street” series of India Pale Ales spotlights the remarkably complex Mosaic hop. Melcher Street is hazy, pale orange in appearance and emits aromatic qualities of grapefruit, mild-earthy pine, and mango on the nose. Dank flavors of pine and green hop, along with juicy notes of tropical fruit, melon, and peach, are accentuated with crisp malt character, mild bitterness, and a soft, effervescent mouthfeel.
MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, C-15, Dextrine, Dextrose

Visible through a clear pint glass, it shows a lemon-amber color. It's hazy, but moderately so. Served properly from a tap, it carries a modest just-off-white head that seems to be enduring. Also modest is the aroma, which brings some starches and hops in a balanced way, even if it doesn't jolt the nose. The taste is mild; some hops, vaguely citrusy or piney and a soft body that runs a little sweet. Unfortunately, the combination makes it drink a bit like perfume smells. The mouthfeel is just fine for what it carries, but thin. Still, points for disguising the ABV so nicely. stratified glass lacing is superb and probably the most outstanding characteristic of the brew. This is a well-crafted American Hazy, a category that has become popular to the point of redundancy. Apparently, that style has evolved into an IPA for people that don't like traditional IPAs. In short, it's nice, but bland.

Cloudy, pale yellow in color. Nose is heavy grapefruit. Head is medium thickness and white with little lacing. Taste is also heavy grapefruit. Decent bitterness. I like it.

Look...Pale yellow copper with a white frothy head. Wheat color
Smell...dominant orange and dank straw grass. mango ruby grapefruit tinges
Taste ...Mango hop dominant with a meaningful balance of fruit Very easy to drink with an orange dominance complimented by the nose.
Feel..Full with a perfect carbonation that makes it smooth with minimal hop burn
Overall...Nice beer and so glad to have. When I was a the Cape I was so surprised.I never realized that they distribute at all and that was news to me. This is so excellent and such a nice execution of the style. It has been a few years and excellent as ever

This is the third beer I’ve had from Trillium. They all seem to start out slow as flavor goes, but the flavors seem to keep building.
This one starts out kind of malty, then oaty, then a nice fruity finish.
Trillium, and Treehouse, make Massachusetts a beer Mecca, for NEIPAS.
