Thanks for the bottle Kevin.

A- Mostly clear pale golden body to a wine glass. One finger foamy cap with decent retention. Wide ring at the edges donates spotty lacing.

S- Big woody oak, heavy lactic acid bacteria with some funky barnyard feel, a touch of vinegar and musty pale fruits.

T- The oak barrel wood grows to become woody off the top leading the beers flavor profile. This oak overshadows a base of lemony yogurt lactic acid, a touch of Brett band aid, raspberry, green apple, pale white grapes, citrus zest and vinaigrette acetic acid.

MF- Light and crisp body with an effervescent very high carbonation. Slick and foamy consistency with a medium sour finish.

A good base Wild Ale with a too much oak but a great lactic and acetic sour base.

Excellent carbonation and right in my wheelhouse for tartness. I'm not quite getting the fruity notes on the nose or on the palate, but the oak really shines.

Pours a dull, honey-gold with a mostly translucent clarity. Nose express tart fruity notes and a light peppery quality. Taste is really quite enjoyable - stone fruit, buttery, soft and toasted oak. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a lively carbonation and a pleasant astringency. Wow - really quite tasty as it warms. The oak imparts a nice dimension.

750 mL bottle. Bright orange. Medium white head. Smell is oak, some yogurt, white wine. Taste is stone fruits with white wine behind it. Grainy malts. Tart and a little lemony in the finish. Lingering oak. Medium body. Well carbonated. Really nice.
