This amplified version of Stillings Street IPA features a double dose of Nelson Sauvin in the dry hop. Hazy, pale orange in appearance with intensely aromatic qualities of kiwi, white grape and lemongrass on the nose. Delicate flavors of citrus zest, pineapple and cantaloupe are accentuated with crisp malt character, mild bitterness, and a soft, effervescent mouthfeel.
MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, C-15, Dextrine, Dextrose
HOPS: Nelson Sauvin, Columbus

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Big time ripe exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, bright citrus, floral notes, spicy resinous pine, a touch grassy, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Spicy resinous pine, zesty citrus, grapefruit, lime, and tangerine, a mix of ripe exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, pineapple, gooseberry, mango, peach, apricot, white grape, guava, and a hint of melon, floral notes, a touch grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, a bit creamy, countered with a slight tingle of carbonation and very mild hop burn at times
O: Takes an already great beer up a notch. I feel like the Columbus comes through just a bit more at times than in the original, but all the fruity Nelson goodness also really pops, especially the secondary notes beyond the usual gooseberry and white grape. Really happy to get to try this version.

Can to snifter. Canned 01/08/26. Impressed that my local NJ Joe Canals has 3-week-old Trillium.
LOOK: Thick cream honey colored yellow. Medium-Large Creamy white head. Excellent retention. Beautiful looking beer,
AROMA: pineapple, ginger, perfume, grapefruit, tangerine.
TASTE: not quite as impressive as the nose, but some of the same descriptors are popping in....pineapple, grapefruit, the perfume exerts itself more as the infamous IPA-Hairspray, but certainly kept in check here and not enough to throw off the good flavors. Also get some hints of grass and/or light wood flavors.
FEEL: light-to-medium body, juicy, acidic, less bubbly carbonation feel than expected, a little sticky/tacky in the finish.
Very Good. Quite possibly my favorite of the scant few I've tried from Trillium.

Draft at Mekong Restaurant in Richmond, VA The ale poured a murky yellow with a small head and limited lacing. The aroma of pineapple and citrus greets you. The flavors were not bitter but juicy with pineapple and orange juice. The ale has a medium body and soft carbonation. Classic NE IPA>

Hazy, yellow color. Big, white head. Citrus, pineapple, and malt in the aroma. Juicy and soft, with strong hoppy bitterness at the end. Nothing sticks out. High-quality IPA.
