Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our production crew.
For this edition, we present a continued experimentation in creating a Lager with a distinctive Trillium feel. Using 100% Citra in the hop bill and a grist composed of 100% German Pilsner Malt, Perm 19 presents aromas of citrus peel. A delightfully light mouthfeel with swirling flavors of white grape, lemon, pear, and a crisp biscuity character round out Permutation 19 as a drinkable and refreshing summer Lager.
