We brew Deciduous to welcome the return of Autumn and to celebrate New England's changing foliage. Inspired by the dynamic New England climate, we recalibrate our recipe annually to produce a new iteration of Deciduous.
Deciduous Double India Wheat Ale presents a rich, warm, gold color. A dank nose of papaya and melon is followed by a well balanced palate of melon, fruit salad, and subtle tart citrus. Deciduous Double India Wheat Ale has a luscious medium body and creamy mouthfeel.
MALT: American 2-Row Barley, White Wheat Malt, Dextrine Malt
HOPS: Mosaic, Enigma, Citra

Nice gorgeous deep bee honey glow with a fluffy, bubbly head of 2 fingers.
Not a lot of aroma here, but I'm getting some breakfast grapefruit, tangerines, and vitamins.
Flavor is juicy with grapefruit being the main component, followed by tangerine, honey, green olive, faint caramel, then heavy pine/resins, and a honey-cracker finish.
Feel is crisp and smooth, lightly resinous, lightly creamy. Dry alcohol finish.
Overall, a very very nice Pale Wheat Ale, much better than their other Wheats I've had. Great job!

L - Light orange color with hazy body and two fingers of white head
S - Mint, tea leaves, black pepper, oranges, pineapple
T - Hop bitterness, more of those citrus juices with herbaceous qualities. Strong powdery malt presence.
F - Light-bodied with no alcohol
O - Lighter-bodied Trillium beer with just as much complexity as the others. Easy to drink.
