Been a fan of each iteration of Pale Lager, from the foeder-aged, to the can version and the previous permutation. All crisp, clean and delicious in their own right. If I had to compare, the variations of Pilsner always seem to come with an accompanying grassiness that dominates. Not here with his pale lager, though.
64 oz growler enjoyed by all. Golden body with good clarity. Light, pourus head that rests atop the liquid and fades after a couple minutes.
Bread, dough, pepper and a peck of lemon on the check. Grassiness is present but totally in check.
Crisp and clean with a nice snap of carbonation that rounds out the experience. Tasty but light on the palate.
