Featuring Yakima Chief Hops' American Noble™️ Simcoe and the local duo of Four Star Farms Crystal hops and Valley Pilsner Malt, Torch pours a bright straw color with a very slight chill haze. The aroma is delicate and inviting, offering malt-forward notes of fresh biscuit and water cracker, highlighted by the hop bill's contribution of citrus zest and pine. Both bitterness and sweetness are present, albeit in very low volumes, contributing depth and balance to this easy-drinking pale lager.

A refreshing drink.
With the Trillium name, I should have known it would have flavor.
It was definitely crisp. It was a pricy Lager, so I expected more. But still very good.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Trillium Brewery in Canton for about twelve dollars. My 16th brew from these guys. Another BA mentioned a vegetal taste for another beer in this series, which I am picking up.

16 oz. can dated 12/28/20
Pours mostly clear pale straw yellow with a dense creamy white foam head. Notes of honey, lightly toasted crackery biscuity malt, subtle dark berry, resinous dank hop notes, citrus marmalade, orange, grapefruit, hint of apple, grape, floral earthy grassiness. Feels medium bodied, crisp, creamy with smooth moderate carbonation. Overall a nice pale lager with American Noble Simcoe and Four Star Farm Crystal hops.
