It's a refreshing beer. I think this would be amazing to sip on around the grill mid summer. Lightly carbonated with a bright lemon tea taste going on, it reminds me of the Oolong tea you get served at a Chinese restaurant.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Trillium Brewery in Canton for about twelve dollars. My 17th brew from these guys. Another BA mentioned a vegetal taste for another beer in this series, which I am picking up.

Misses the mark for me. I’m a fan of Trillium’s pale lagers, foeder lagers and pilsners, but this doesn’t sit well with me. Odd floral, pungent-ish flavor that drowns out all else.
No biscuit, cracker, malt balance. Amongst the hits, there will be the occasional miss. Giving away the remaining ones.
