Fermented with Riesling juice and hopped with Citra and Mosaic, Dialed-In: Riesling pours a welcoming, hazy sunrise orange in the glass. Punchy stone fruit aromatics lead the way, offering white wine-driven notes of ripe apricot, fuzzy donut peach, and juicy nectarine. As the glass develops, a supporting citrus profile consisting of tangerine and grapefruit peel makes an appearance. Medium-bodied and palate-coating, Dialed-In: Riesling finishes clean and dry, with just a touch of bitterness.

L - pours a familiar orange-stained hazy yellow. Plum-colored core with a head that's gone before you can say "Trillium beers have poor head retention".
S - white grape fruitiness. Bright like a sparkling wine ought to be. Light must with some lime pith. Melon.
T - vinous and herbal. Crisp and light, like eating grass. Mandarin orange, truffle butter, and the same mealy dryness you feel from a carbonated wine. Not overly heavy or saturated by any means, but snappy and delicate while still delivering 8.5% of literal poison directly into your body. Love it.
F - airy carbonation that's light on its feet. Surprisingly drinkable. Gotta be the extra oxygen in each slightly-foamy sip. Balance is nice.
O - does a great job pulling flavor out of the riesling juice without overwhelming from other angles (Mosaic and Citra). An approachable offering in the Dialed-In series that drinks a little too easily for 8.5%.
