Raiding the back of my beer cooler , I pull out this chilled 11.2 oz bottle

Poured into a tulip pours z clear golden yellow , active carbonation , three ginger white frothy foam. Good retention that settles to a puffy White Island , good lacings

Aroma is spicy. Peppery, whiff of cloves

Taste is peppery with a kiss of cloves

Mouthfeel is crisp, a little tartness,

Good beer

cloudy yellow golden in color, thick foamy white head. Aroma of grainy and a little earthy spice. similar taste, dry finish. thinner bodied

Pours clear to hazy golden yellow with a creamy frothy white foam head. Smells like white pepper, clove spice, banana, sweet corn, rye, bready malt, some farmhouse funk, hay, hints of lemony citrus, dried fruit, with herbal earthy hops. Feels medium-light bodied, crisp and clean with smooth moderate carbonation. Overall a really nice saison.
