This rendition of an IPA blends the best of the West Coast and East Coast approaches. The complex and malt-forward characteristic found primarily in East Cost IPAs is balanced by Summit, Cascade, and Centennial hops added in the boil for a multi-level bitterness. We then dry-hopped with Simcoe and Centennial hops - intensifying the beer in the West Coast style with an array of citrus, resinous pine, and some floral aromas.
