Brewed with American two-row malt and caramel malt, our golden ale has a lightly sweet malt quality with a dry, crackery finish. The Chico/California ale yeast we use gives off esters with delicate fruit characteristics, adding complexity in the aroma. American Cascade hops provides a balanced bitterness to this very drinkable beer.
